update statistical information into the database.
Ad loader process reloads data in memory, whenever ad
administrator changes information from administration interface.
Unique statistic logic. Statistical Logging - We have moved statistical
logging to a background process so that the main ad rotation program is relieved from
doing extra database work
All ad streaming happens through the web server by reading ad
content from file system.
